The following general consistency determination was submitted for federal consistency review.  Section 306(a) of the Coastal Zone Management Act of 1972, as amended, provides public participation in the federal consistency review process. The general consistency determination may be viewed below.  Written comments may be submitted within 16 days of this publication to the Guam Coastal Management Program Office, Ricardo J. Bordallo Governor’s Complex, Adelup, Hagatna, Guam 96910 or electronically to julian.janssen@bsp.guam.gov.
