FC2022-0013 – Department of Public Works’ Consistency Certification for its proposed rock revetment along the northern shoreline of Inalåhan Bay

Public comment period: June 24 to July 15, 2022

The following consistency certification was submitted for federal consistency review.  Section 306(a) of the Coastal Zone Management Act of 1972, as amended, provides public participation in the federal consistency review process. The consistency determination may be viewed below.  Written comments may be submitted within 21 days of this publication to the Guam Coastal Management Program Office, Ricardo J. Bordallo Governor’s Complex, Adelup, Hagatna, Guam 96910 or electronically to julian.janssen@bsp.guam.gov.
