FC2022-0026 – National Marine Fisheries Service’s Consistency Determination for its proposed FY2023 Longline-caught Bigeye Tuna catch and allocation limit of 2,000 metric tons (t) for Guam

Public comment period: October 24 to November 18, 2022

The following Consistency Determination was submitted for federal consistency review.  Section 307 of the Coastal Zone Management Act of 1972, as amended, provides public participation in the federal consistency review process. The Consistency Determination may be viewed below.  Written comments may be submitted within 25 days of this publication to the Guam Coastal Management Program Office, Ricardo J. Bordallo Governor’s Complex, Adelup, Hagatna, Guam 96910 or electronically to julian.janssen@bsp.guam.gov.
