Hard Copies will be available starting December 29, 2025, through January 16, 2026, at the Bureau of Statistics and Plans’ Director’s office located at the Office of the Governor, 513 West Marine Corps Drive, Ricardo J. Bordallo Complex, Hagåtña, Guam 96910.

Upon successful registration, an electronic copy of RFP will be provided. Registration is strongly recommended to ensure you receive timely notices regarding any changes or updates to the RFP. BSP and/or GSA shall not be liable for failure to provide notice to any party who does not register their contact information.
Proposals must be submitted no later than 4:00 pm. (ChST), Friday, January 30, 2026.

Failure to submit Proposals at the specified location or via email by the established date and time will be grounds for rejection of the proposal.
