Major highlights from this report include a decrease in the unemployment rate, an increase in consumer spending supported by a growth in compensation and decreases in consumer prices, and finally, record breaking tourist visitor arrivals. Here at the Bureau, we understand the importance of reliable data. It is our primary mission to ensure that you receive dependable information for use in your research, policy making, grant fund opportunities, project and business development, program monitoring and improvements, and creation of new programs and services that will benefit our island community.
